
Sales Marketing Director

Job Description:
- Drive business growth by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across our network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy innovative solutions, expand coverage into new territories, and track competition sales activities.
- Monitor referrals generated, maintain a strong doctor database, and ensure regular visits.
- Lead team management, recruitment, and retention efforts, conducting seminars and CME programs to enhance skills.
- Develop joint field work initiatives, foster relationships with healthcare professionals, and strategize for revenue and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute campaigns, create monthly reports, and analyze MIS data on sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in healthcare marketing with a focus on doctor referrals and neighborhood marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and leadership abilities to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
