Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven **Marketing Manager** to join our hospital team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive patient engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.

* Coordinate with physicians and department heads to identify service lines for promotion.

* Manage digital campaigns, offline events, health camps, and PR activities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors, clinics, and corporate clients.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

* Track campaign performance and ROI; prepare monthly reports.

* Oversee branding, content creation, and patient communication.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.

* Minimum 4 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing.

* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

* Must be available to join immediately.
