We're seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance Specialist to drive our testing efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, encompassing functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and integration testing, to validate software against requirements.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues; assess defect severity and its impact on the application.
Automation Testing:
  • Create, implement, and maintain automated test scripts (UI, API, performance), leveraging industry-leading tools like Selenium and Playwright.
  • Design and build structured test frameworks (e.g., keyword-, BDD-, modular-driven like Cucumber with Java).
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) for seamless deployment.
Test Strategy & Management:
  • Identify and prioritize test cases for automation based on application risk and benefits.
  • Develop and update test plans, strategies, and documentation (test cases, trace matrices, execution logs, reports) to ensure accuracy.
Defect Tracking & Reporting:
  • Log, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring clarity and follow-up.
  • Generate and communicate test metrics (pass/fail rates, defect densities, automation coverage) to stakeholders.
Mentorship & Continuous Improvement:
  • Mentor junior testers, driving knowledge sharing and advocating testing best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, encompassing both manual and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and languages (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, JUnit/TestNG, Cucumber, Java, Python, JavaScript).
