Senior Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the enhancement of our Risk Management capabilities within the Origination & Customer-Lifecycle stack. This strategic role will oversee the transformation of complex banking policies into configurable risk modules covering credit decisioning, fraud prevention, and KYC/CDD/AML processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate intricate banking and regulatory policies into implementable specifications and dynamic rules.
  • Design and maintain risk modules for credit, fraud, and KYC/CDD/AML processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop reusable frameworks for third-party risk service integrations, fostering scalability and adaptability.
  • Define and monitor key risk metrics to ensure compliance and operational efficiency, leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Client Success, to deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • Support multi-tenant configurations and develop risk dashboards for monitoring and analytics, providing stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Align technical strategy with business objectives, incorporating decision engines, event-driven patterns, and risk monitoring frameworks to drive business value.

The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in banking or fintech, with expertise in credit, fraud, or KYC/CDD/AML implementations. Strong ability to translate policies into specifications and dynamic rules is essential. Proficiency in requirement documentation, BPMN modeling, and API-first design is also required.

  • Familiarity with decision engines, event-driven architectures, and risk monitoring frameworks.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Own the functional architecture of multi-market banking web portals, ensuring scalability, compliance, and a seamless user experience.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development teams, driving collaboration and alignment.
  • Champion configuration-first development by leveraging dynamic forms and server-driven UI components, enabling agility and adaptability.
  • Maintain cross-platform consistency and ensure feature parity across multiple markets, delivering a unified brand experience.
  • Establish and optimize processes for requirement gathering, documentation, and analytics-driven enhancements, ensuring a data-driven approach.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to align on platform strategy and deliver seamless user experiences, meeting evolving business needs.
  • Support internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) initiatives to enable global scalability and market adaptability, driving growth and expansion.

This position requires 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in web platform or digital banking environments. A strong understanding of web technologies, UI/UX principles, and configuration-driven development is essential.
