Job Overview:

This role is part of our Enterprise Products & Platforms (EPP) Team, focused on delivering impactful solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP. Our vision is to be a trusted technology partner of choice.

The Technical Product Manager-Lead will own end-to-end technology product delivery, leading and inspiring the team to drive value delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop technology product roadmaps and prioritize backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to influence and challenge biases, ensuring efficient and optimal solution delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from customers, stakeholders, and team members.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 8 years of technical product management experience, preferably with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules.
  • In-depth understanding of financial flows and business processes in financial management.
  • Knowledge of cloud information architecture patterns, software development processes, and data processing methodologies.
