Job Description

As a senior technical professional, you will play a key role in our drafting team, working on complex projects to create detailed drawings, 3D models and support other team members in accomplishing intricate tasks.

  • You will work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality drawings and documents.
  • Mentor fellow CAD technicians on advancement in BIM authoring software and CAD standards.
  • Support Team Leader on standardization of CAD/BIM standards and nurture an environment of automation and development within the team.
  • Responsible for ensuring technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings and documents.
  • Follow established CAD/BIM standards and update them regularly as per the experience of the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI Trained Professional with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential.
  • Experience in preparation of general arrangement drawings, plans, profiles, and layouts, setting out drawings of water supply, wastewater, and stormwater drainage network, and creating 3D models of pipe network/underground utilities is required.
  • Self-motivated, team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines, committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
