Job Description

Please note that we are seeking a highly experienced professional with expertise in Digital Ad Sales. If you have relevant experience, please proceed to the next section.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work (in conjunction with Vendor Account Manager). This includes overseeing day-to-day operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs outlined in this SOW, as well as prompt identification and resolution of service delivery issues, including implementation of preventative measures during transition management phases.

Additionally, the successful candidate will establish the necessary infrastructure for service provision, including technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources. They will also provide exceptional people and process management, mentorship, and career development to team members, aiming to achieve low attrition levels and high employee engagement.

Furthermore, our ideal candidate will drive Operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains while maintaining high-quality communication with clients for seamless process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall performance and governance of Statements of Work.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs.
  • Establish necessary infrastructure for service provision.
  • Provide exceptional people and process management, mentorship, and career development.
  • Drive Operations teams to deliver continuous improvement.
  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience

* 18 years of experience in contact center operations.

* Strong B2C/B2B sales experience.

* Digital marketing ads sales experience.

* Dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment, able to deal with rapid change and ambiguity.

Skills

* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Very strong level of English, both written and verbal.

* Excited to be part of a global operations team, design effective business operations, tackle complex problems, and develop individual team members.

* Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment.

* University Graduate or above.

* 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members and at least 2 years handling sales.
