  • Seeking an experienced Senior Project Delivery Lead to oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex projects from conception to completion.

">Job Description:

As a Senior Project Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the full project management life cycle, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business needs and objectives. You will collaborate closely with technical stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and participate in technical discussions to advocate for client-centric solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Defining project plans, goals, and processes in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  2. Managing day-to-day project progress, including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  3. Ensuring timely completion of projects by identifying potential problems and suggesting alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.

You will also be responsible for maintaining open communication with the project management team and all necessary departments, as well as providing leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels.


">Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing the full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives. They will have a deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solution delivery.

Required skills include:

  • Proven ability to engage meaningfully with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain highly technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding/experience executing projects in multiple areas such as Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, & planning skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation.
