Job Title: Training and Onboarding Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Training and Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that new employees are fully prepared and confident before starting their work in the field.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations, with strong communication skills in Hindi and English. They will also possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

In this role, you will manage the journey of new hires end-to-end — from interviews to training, onboarding, and their first field assignment. You will interview candidates to assess their suitability, assign them to trainers for skill development, and guide them through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists to assess their suitability.
  • Assign selected candidates to trainers for skill development.
  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the required resources and support.
  • Monitor and support new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot.
  • Work closely with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations (experience in onboarding or people management preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (required).
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
