About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization responsible for driving the success of our Bakery category. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Bakery market and be able to develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing sales data to understand current offerings to key customers
  • Understanding the Bakery category performance and metrics
  • Identifying gaps and untapped opportunities with strategic accounts and formulating a strategic growth plan for the Bakery category

Pipeline Development:

  • Driving customer-led initiatives to improve the pipeline and aid business growth
  • Reviewing and facilitating seamless execution of pipeline projects with sales and R&D teams

Project Management:

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders for customer innovation days/meetings
  • Developing sales pitches and training the sales team for key account engagements

Drive Innovation:

  • Identifying gaps and untapped opportunities in the product portfolio based on consumer preference, market requirements, and market trends
  • Supporting R&D in developing future product portfolios that meet market demands
