Procurement Expert Job Overview

The role of a Procurement Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of procurement processes for indirect categories. This includes IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value. This involves analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities to optimize the supplier base.

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining high quality standards.

  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes to ensure that procurement needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with vendors to achieve the best possible outcomes for our organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms to minimize risks and maximize benefits.
