Job Title: Supply Chain Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic assessments with customers to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop compelling solutions that drive business value and create a competitive advantage.
  • Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions.
  • Ensure smooth project execution and provide support during transition to steady state.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build integrated solutions.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends and market developments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–15 years of experience in supply chain roles, with a strong background in solution design and deal structuring.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in supply chain management or related fields.
  • Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries such as manufacturing, life sciences, energy & resources, hi-tech, retail, CPG, travel & hospitality, etc.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
  • Familiarity with leading supply chain tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa (hands-on experience preferred).
  • Exposure to automation, RPA, digitalization, analytics, and process mining tools such as Signavio or Celonis will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
