Job Title: Engineering Head

We are seeking a highly experienced EPC Head to lead our design and engineering teams in delivering large-scale greenfield projects.

  • Lead multidisciplinary project engineering teams for the design and execution of over 1000 production units.
  • Develop and standardize modular plant designs optimized for scalability, local conditions, and rapid deployment.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and approve vendor designs and EPC partners' submissions to ensure technical robustness and cost-effectiveness.
  • Establish design protocols that ensure safety, maintainability, operability, and compliance with codes.
  • Provide leadership in troubleshooting design-related issues during commissioning and early operations.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to junior engineers and site teams; create engineering playbooks and design templates for replication.
  • Interface with regulatory bodies, certifying agencies, and consultants for project approvals and technical documentation.
Key Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably in bioenergy, process industries, or large infrastructure rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of anaerobic digestion, gas processing, and composting systems.
  • Proven track record in managing large EPC projects with interdisciplinary coordination.
