Job Title: System Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced System Integration Specialist to design and configure real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions.

  • Architect and implement scalable industrial systems for manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of OT systems with enterprise IT systems, ERP databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Develop and maintain secure and efficient data exchange using REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA protocols.
  • Manage industrial databases (SQL, historian, time-series databases) for high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives, including Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and predictive analytics.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing SCADA/MES deployments to ensure minimal downtime.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in SCADA/MES engineering within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven expertise with Ignition SCADA, Inductive Automation, including scripting module configuration and project deployment.
  • Strong background in MES functions, production tracking, OEE, downtime analysis, traceability, SPC, etc.
  • Proficiency with database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with OT/IT integration technologies.
  • REST APIs for system interconnectivity.
  • MQTT for IIoT messaging and lightweight communication.
  • OPC UA for industrial interoperability.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMIs), and plant floor connectivity.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing standards (ISA95, ISA88, ISA99, IEC 62443).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms (Azure IoT, AWS IoT, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for SCADA/MES deployments.
  • Experience in working on large-scale digital transformation Industry 4.0 projects.
  • Certifications (Ignition Gold Certified Specialist, OPC UA, or relevant industrial IT/OT certifications).
