Senior AI Architect Position

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the development of industrial-grade AI systems that convert diverse data sources into actionable insights.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge AI solutions that transform unstructured data into auditable, evidence-linked decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement multimodal retrieval architectures that integrate text, tables, images, CAD drawings, and regulations.
  • Develop hybrid retrieval models that combine BM25, dense embeddings, metadata, and knowledge graph reranking; target ≥90% top-k answerability and traceable citations.
  • Build domain-specific embeddings for bilingual technical terminology and craft routing/prompting strategies for audit-ready outputs.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience building production AI/ML or search systems with 3+ enterprise deployments end-to-end.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python 3.11+, SQL, and strong systems thinking and data modeling skills.
  • RAG at scale: vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS), BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, and evaluation metrics (faithfulness, coverage, latency).
  • MLOps/SRE expertise: versioning, canaries/A-B testing, drift detection, observability, cost/perf trade-offs, and clear communication.
