Job Title: Strategic Workforce Planner
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to join our team as a Strategic Workforce Planner. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our workforce planning processes, ensuring seamless scheduling, and maximizing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Generation: Utilize WFM software to generate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Time-Off Allowance Optimization: Analyze and optimize time-off allowance measures and allotments, providing data-driven insights to inform Long Range parameters.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and report on off-production risks/opportunities, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- New Hire & Client Scheduling: Develop models that accurately compute relevant inputs to provide precise new hire and client schedules.
- Shift Bidding & Holiday Planning: Execute PTO, holiday, and shift bidding processes, ensuring optimal schedule efficiency and minimizing gaps.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of standard SOPs related to job roles, driving process improvement and innovation.
- Internal Support: Provide excellent customer service, recommendations for self-service alternatives, and end-to-end support for internal clients requiring limited WFM support.
- Audit & Maintenance: Perform audits, create, and maintain key WFM platform elements, such as work patterns, skill assignments, and org alignments.
- Task Management: Process task management requests through Intradiem, providing regular updates on progress towards completion.
- Efficiency Monitoring: Monitor schedule efficiency, making recommendations for improvements and acting with a sense of urgency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in workforce planning analysis, preferably in an operations environment
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, v-lookups, pivot tables, macros) and Workforce Management software (Aspect WFM, Verint, NICE, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge/experience with SQL, Microsoft BI, C++, or other AI languages for numerical data processing and analysis
- Innovative thinking, strong communication skills, and proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights clearly
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, contribute solutions, and prioritize tasks to meet timelines and deadlines
- Full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with expected overlap with US hours as appropriate
- Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WFH)
- Shift timings: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
