Automation Tester

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to design, develop and implement automated testing solutions for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, particularly in automation testing using Selenium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Lead a team of software and user interface testers
  • Analyze and research Development Epics and User Stories for test scenarios and test procedure updates
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Selenium Automation Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
