Marketing Performance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to lead our digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute paid campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and marketplaces such as Amazon.
  • Drive performance optimization based on key metrics including return on ad spend (ROAS), cost of sales (COS), total advertising cost of sales (TACOS), organic search rank, indexed generic keywords, ad sales contribution, branded keyword performance, and ads share of voice (SoV).
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to boost organic discoverability and keyword rankings.
  • Develop and maintain targeted acquisition funnels for B2B buyer personas, including procurement heads, distributors, and small to medium-sized enterprises.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, copy, targeting, and channels.
  • Own campaign data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ad tech changes, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B, online retail, or digital marketplaces.
  • Deep understanding of search, display, retargeting, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Proven track record of improving performance across ROAS, ACOS, and conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.
