  • Quality check master data set-up to ensure infractions are corrected before impacting business operations or customer relationships.
  • Optimize end-to-end master data management processes for efficient execution.
  • Support project initiatives, including active participation.
  • General Management Responsibilities:
  • Ensure MICS, Risk Management, and Audit compliance targets are met, including creating sustainability models and action plans for open issues.
  • Develop backup plans (100% coverage) and maintain Training Tracking Tools.
  • Maintain process training documentation (L5) as per EP standards and review workflow enhancements.
  • Perform routine management tasks, including cascade meetings and one-to-one sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, external parties, and ZCC employees.
  • Share best practices across the business.
  • Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events.
  • People Management Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safety procedures and training requirements are followed.
  • Equip the team with necessary resources to perform their duties and responsibilities.
  • Perform administrative people management tasks.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Execute People Cycle in accordance with Excellence Program targets.
  • Deliver projects on time with expected quality.
