  • Manage cash control, voucher preparation, and daily transaction entries in accounting books/ERP.","
  • Oversee creditors management and vendor payments via NEFT/RTGS.","
  • Liaise with bankers for daily operations and handle LC documentation.","
  • Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and compute salaries and wages.","
  • Maintain Salary and Attendance Registers and prepare monthly stock statements for banks (Cash Credit facility).","
  • Assist in finalizing accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).","
  • Draft official letters related to accounts and statutory matters.","
  • Prepare MIS reports for management.","

Statutory Compliances:

  • Compute and pay TDS, e-file returns, issue Form 16/16A, and calculate advance tax. File ITR and assist in income tax compliance.","
  • Register, amend, and file GST returns, generate challans, file GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, annual returns, and process refunds and audits.","
  • Contribute to PF and ESI, generate UAN, transfer/withdraw employee registrations under PF/ESI, and manage legacy compliances such as VAT/CST and Excise Duty.","

  • Minimum: B.Com (Accounting/Finance)","
  • Preferred: M.Com or specialization in Finance/Accounts","
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance","
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems","
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple statutory timelines","
