Customer Support Analyst

As a Customer Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in addressing customer issues, guiding customers on product usage, and collaborating with various teams to provide an exceptional customer experience.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Guide and assist customers on product usage.
  • Handle customer data import/export from production systems.
  • Ensure accurate updating of customer data in production systems.
  • Process confidential data according to guidelines.
  • Develop product content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science.
  • 3+ years of experience in product customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into lay terms.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer-relationship skills – responsiveness, sensitivity, diplomacy.
