- Design and deliver engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to evaluate students' performance.
- Mentor and guide students to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support where needed.
- Track students' progress through assessments and share feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure students are placement-ready.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive.
- Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
- Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements) is an advantage.
Qualification & Experience:
