Outbound Call Representative

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and driven Customer Outreach Specialist to support our business development activities. This individual will play a vital role in connecting with entrepreneurs and decision-makers, explaining our services clearly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a database of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Generate interest and schedule meetings for the business development team by making outbound calls to prospective leads and clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into warm leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with any additional language being a plus.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Good listening skills with the ability to understand client needs.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
Qualifications:
Minimum graduate degree or diploma in any stream. A background in Marketing, Business Communication, or related fields is preferred.
