
HR Operations Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in streamlining payment processes, vendor management, and employee onboarding. Your key tasks will include generating purchase orders, statements, and receipts in SAP for invoice processing, following up with approvers for timely payments, maintaining records of all transactions, executing critical invoice payments within defined timelines, resolving queries related to invoices, processing consultant invoices, and releasing payments on schedule.
In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for processing non-purchase order invoices, releasing payments as per schedules, processing employee expense invoices, and consultant reimbursement claims. You will also share registration formats with vendors, verify agreement documents, resolve vendor queries, update payment status, and collect necessary documents from designated personnel.
You will assist in the distribution of employee benefits and gift cards to new and existing employees, maintain records of employee queries, and create annual purchase requests and orders for various departments.
Furthermore, you will review and approve employment and educational documents submitted by candidates, physically verify documents, create employee files, and generate identification cards and employee IDs for new employees joining the corporate office or pan-India locations.
You will also create letters for visa applications, internships, project completions, releases, exits, consultants, and other manual communications as required.
Last but not least, you will plan inductions for senior management employees, arrange in-person interactions, coordinate tours, and maintain employee records.
To succeed in this position, you should have a graduate degree and an MBA (preferably full-time), a minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience, 3-5 years of HR operations experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
