Strategic Business Partner

Onxx Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our team. This role requires an individual with exceptional networking skills, market intelligence, and the ability to acquire high net worth individuals as clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in direct sales and be able to promote our focus product of the month. They should also be familiar with local market intelligence and have a strong understanding of the banking and broking industries.
We are looking for a candidate who can manage a minimum of 25-30 clients and have a minimum AUM of 5-6cr from equity investments. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct sales profile to acquire quality HNI clients through networking, database, and market intelligence
- Manage a maximum number of own clients relationships and stay aware of local market intelligence
- Promote Focus Product of the month
- Aquire HNI Clients and sell MF, Insurance, PMS, Structure Products
- Have experience from banking and broking industries and managing bank AUM of HNI Clients
- Have 12-15CR of AUM with him/her into Equity Investment Product
