Job Title:

Training Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing training and enablement strategies, supporting frameworks across workflows. This will involve drawing on client insights and data discovery work to build business use cases and drive client-facing and internal engagement, with the aim of affecting optimal client experience and improving familiarity with our digital products and services.

The role also involves managing relationships with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders for the development of digital content, user guides, and tool kits necessary to support commercialization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day requirements of the training and enablement pillar of the Digital Adoption Team.
  • Develop and execute monthly calendars of events for internal and external training sessions designed to promote product and platform awareness.
  • Manage and coordinate daily tasks with training service providers; vendor management.
  • Regularly generate reports on training participation, trends, and insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or business management.
  • 5+ years' working experience in project management, digital campaigns activation, campaign performance analytics, client services, or product development environment.
  • Experience in managing projects end-to-end from conception, development, launch, and post-campaign.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other project management tools.
  • Well-versed in Google Analytics dashboard and other Adtech/marketing performance tools.
  • Strong background in developing, marketing, and distribution of product training materials.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong communicator with ability to articulate complex technical and non-technical issues simply, concisely, and accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background and prior use of Wordpress, Wix, MailChimp, Adobe Dreamweaver or fundamental coding knowledge.
