Product Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Enablement Specialist to collaborate with our product development teams and drive customer success.

About the Role

The Product Enablement Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining product enablement content, fostering strong collaboration with customers, and supporting internal knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in SaaS product management, consulting, or customer success, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain product enablement content, including educational documentation and internal training materials.
  • Foster strong collaboration with customers through user groups and community forums.
  • Support internal knowledge transfer and product guidance by creating and maintaining product enablement content.
  • Monitor customer idea submissions and provide triage, reporting, and trends for roadmap planning.
  • Partner closely with release management and technical writers to ensure weekly product deployments have adequate customer communication and enablement.
  • Be the voice of the customer and deliver insights to help drive communication and product improvements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of SaaS product management, consulting, pre-sales, or customer success experience - preferably in enterprise cloud solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with customers, product development, marketing, and customer success to drive product growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience creating educational documentation for a SaaS product.
