Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated US Federal Contracts Specialist to provide critical support for U.S. federal government contracts.

The role will involve working closely with our team to ensure adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and related requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review & Compliance
  • Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS clauses and obligations.
  • Identify and summarize applicable regulations and requirements.
  • Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).
  • Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
  • Audit & Monitoring Support
  • Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
  • Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.
  • Proposal & Pre-Award Support
  • Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses and prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • Coordinate with contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.
  • Skills:
  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools (e.g., SharePoint, SAP Ariba, Deltek Costpoint).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work EST Time zone (9AM-5PM)
