About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards
  • Quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Co-ordination with external auditors for statutory audit
  • Management and oversight of accounting including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Revenue Recognition

Financial Management:

You will be responsible for preparing GST returns on a timely basis, ensuring GST credit in the books is matching with GSTR 2A, and managing and complying with local, state, and central government reporting requirements and tax filings and compliance requirements.

Candidate Skills Required:

  • CA with work experience post CA of 5-6 minimum years preferred. Cost Accounting experience is a plus, GCC experience is also an advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards (IND AS).
  • Proactive and keeping himself and team members updated about changes in Company Law, Ind AS, GST Law, Income Tax Act, other pronouncements.
  • Analytical skills with an eye for trends.
  • Positive attitude, good team player, willing to learn and flexible to adapt to varied roles within the finance team.
  • Ability to lead and execute activities with minimal supervision/monitoring or assistance.
  • Problem solver, proactive in reaching out to stakeholders to solve issues.
