A key role in our organization is to implement Governance, Risk and Compliance systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • We need a professional who will be responsible for implementing GRC systems related to policy compliance, security requirements governance, and risk management.
  • This person will evaluate business and IT risks to ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place.
  • They will develop IT security standards, procedures, and controls to manage risks and improve client security positioning through process improvement, policy automation, and continuous evolution of capabilities.
  • The successful candidate will assess information security threats and their impact on clients' IT environment to inform strategic decisions.
  • Supporting senior team members in analyzing requirements and designing clients' information security posture, as well as legal, regulatory, and scheme security requirements is also part of this role.
  • This job involves delivering work streams for clients in compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, EU GDPR, and Bahrain PDPL, and incident management disciplines.
  • Performing and investigating internal and external information security risk and exception assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Documenting and reporting control failures and gaps to stakeholders, providing remediation guidance and preparing management reports to track remediation activities.
  • Staying current on best practices and technological advancements, acting as a technical resource for security assessment and regulatory compliance.
  • Ongoing duties include other related tasks as assigned based on business requirements.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance.
  • Understanding of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ITIL, ITSM, and COBIT standards is preferred.
  • Experience with risk management principles and associated methodologies.
  • Ideal candidates hold a CEH, CISSP, CISA, or CISM qualification.
  • Proven ability to make sound pragmatic decisions and judgments under tight timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive change in a collaborative way both internally and externally.
