Product Development Leader

We are seeking a Product Development Leader to join our team and drive the development of innovative digital products in the renewable energy sector.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital innovation, product management, and stakeholder engagement. They will be able to define and communicate a clear product vision, conduct market research, and leverage IoT, AI/ML, and cloud platforms to build intelligent and sustainable products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX/UI teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy
  • Leverage IoT, AI/ML, and cloud platforms to build intelligent and sustainable products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or Master's in product management is a plus
  • 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in energy, utilities, or digital transformation domains
  • Proven track record of launching successful digital products in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and sustainability frameworks
