Job Title: Production Merchandising SpecialistPace Active is a fast-growing activewear brand focused on delivering high-performance, stylish apparel for fitness enthusiasts. The company seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Production Merchandising Specialist to bridge the gap between design, production, and sales.This role involves working closely with the design team to organize sample development, approvals, fabric and trim procurement for production orders. It also requires liaising directly with the in-house production team to monitor sample production, resolve technical or production issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience in apparel production merchandising, preferably in activewear or sportswear segments.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the design team to develop tech packs, BOMs, and production specifications.
  • Liaise directly with the in-house production team to monitor sample production and resolve technical or production issues.
  • Manage and track the production schedule from development through bulk manufacturing.
  • Ensure all production tracking documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with the design, sales, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on delivery timelines and material availability.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in apparel production merchandising, preferably in activewear or sportswear segments.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and production processes.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel in particular) and production tracking systems.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate across design, production, and sales teams.
