Dynamic Operations Transformation Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will lead business transformation initiatives across retail and quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, and reporting & dashboarding needs
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Translate functional specifications into technical fit documents
  • Identify and highlight feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap
  • Deploy functional specifications in software (reports, dashboards, models, audiences etc)
  • Train super users of our clients on the platform
  • Explain support mechanisms and set cadences for support / business related queries

This role requires strong understanding of retail/QSR operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience. Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools and analytics platforms is also beneficial.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments

Preferred qualifications include experience with omnichannel retail or QSR transformation projects and knowledge of cloud platforms and API integrations.
