Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Delivery Lead to oversee our Mobile Banking project.

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the Banking/Fintech/IT sector, with at least 4 years of exposure to Mobile banking & Internet banking projects/programs and 3 years of Banking sector experience.
  • Proficiency in Project management tools and Mobile App release mechanisms.
  • Expertise in Scrum methodology and exposure to Agile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of banking products, digital channels (especially Mobile and Internet Banking) and services.
  • Ability to understand application architecture.
  • Hands-on experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Practical experience with DevOps (CICD) and cloud/microservices-based projects.
  • PMP/Scrum/Prince 2 certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of the Mobile Banking project, aligning with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project activities, including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Foster stakeholder communication and change management across departments.
  • Arrange training sessions for staff and end-users.
  • Deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate to project needs.

Requirements:

  • Detailed understanding of banking products, digital channels, and services.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including risk management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP/Scrum/Prince 2 certifications.
  • Experience with DevOps (CICD) and cloud/microservices-based projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodology.
