Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

We are seeking a skilled System Reliability Engineer to fill a critical role within our organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and interpret Grafana dashboards to identify failures and problems, ensuring prompt incident communication and automated alert management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and incident commanders, providing regular updates on incident status and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop strong collaboration skills, working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless incident management and resolution.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in monitoring and maintaining globally deployed web applications, with expertise in Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of observability tools, including metrics such as Quantiles, P99, and Prometheus monitoring.
  • Familiarity with AWS services or cloud providers, with foundational knowledge of LLM or AI systems preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with LLM or AI systems, with knowledge of related tools and technologies.
