Electrical Hardware Design Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Hardware Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for managing daily work and performance of the LRU HW Design Engineering Team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of tasks for the team.
  • Participate in electrical design, development, and test activities and qualification of state-of-the-art embedded digital and analog high-speed, mixed-signal communication systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive electrical design reviews with engineering team and manufacturing partners to confirm that design parameters, cost, and manufacturability requirements have been met.
  • Write technical specifications and documents to ensure the product meets customer, marketing, manufacturing, and system design requirements.
  • Work with Quality team to ensure quality systems and processes are in place to achieve hardware-engineering success.
  • Lead sustaining engineering electrical investigations, process, and documentation updates in collaboration with industrial operations, product engineering, and product support engineering teams and manufacturing partners.
