Executive Leader in Mobile Robotics Operations

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our mobile robotics operations team.

This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive service and maintenance strategies for mobile robotics systems, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of MR operations, including the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical leadership on complex mobile robotics systems, leveraging deep understanding of system capabilities and limitations.
  • Customer Success & Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with high-value MR clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded post-deployment.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field; MBA is an asset.
  • Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems.
  • Requisites: Currently working with MR owners, product company, or automotive industry.
