Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Lifestyle Operations Director to oversee our elite client management team and ensure exceptional service delivery.

This role requires a deep understanding of luxury, strong leadership, and the ability to manage a rotating team across 24/7 shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and maintain high service standards
  • Mentor and guide a team of lifestyle professionals to handle client requests
  • Become familiar with clients' lifestyle preferences and proactively offer tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with premium vendors and partners to meet client demands promptly
  • Manage escalations and resolve client concerns discreetly
  • Stay ahead of global luxury trends and exclusive experiences to curate recommendations
  • Implement operational SOPs and performance tracking systems to improve quality
  • Analyze reports on client satisfaction, service usage, and team performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 year of experience in luxury hospitality or client servicing
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver white-glove service
  • Strong connections in the luxury space with access to exclusive experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual fluency is advantageous
  • High discretion and integrity to handle sensitive client information
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
