Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate expertise in underwriting, disbursements, collateral management, and sales operations coordination.
  • Protect company assets by evaluating credit requests, setting credit limits, and ensuring proper documentation and security.
  • Communicate credit decisions clearly and transparently to stakeholders.
  • Optimize underwriting processes while maintaining adequate risk management controls.
  • Verify loan accounts, conduct cross-verifications, perform KYC checks, review bank passbooks, assess income and expenses, evaluate middleman influence, check for negative areas, verify CPC checklists, examine loan cards from other lending institutions, monitor buckets, verify death cases, ensure branch compliance, and close ICQ observations.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of underwriting principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with sales operations, customer relationship management, and credit analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
