As a seasoned Director of Planning and Strategy, you will lead the development of innovative social media campaigns tailored to clients' unique needs. With an in-depth understanding of social platforms as both broadcast and narrowcast media, you will design engaging experiences through insights, technologies, and expertise.You will work closely with our client servicing team to continuously improve the thinking, direction of strategy, and recommended programs and tactics. Your expertise will enable us to stay ahead of the curve in the fast-evolving social/digital media environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of category, competition, consumer, culture & brand to derive unique, differentiated insights.
  • Develop integrated strategy platforms for campaigns/pitches that serve as ideal springboards for our creative team.
  • Presentation of visual presentations with sharp points of view and riveting narratives.
  • Translate business objectives into social/digital media objectives enriched by proprietary benchmarks.
  • Analyze available insights and define overall strategy in terms of distribution and amplification, including competitive analysis.
  • Define advertising pressure to achieve goals, considering objectives, challenges & limitations.
  • Participate actively in new business pitches as required.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree with around 7 years of experience in brand planning, social and/or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills, with the ability to generate data-based insights to weave into the strategy process. Ability to build detailed strategy case studies is preferred.
  • Passionate about the fast-evolving social/digital media environment with a strong point of view to share with clients and colleagues.
  • Eye for innovation and the next emerging platform or partner to consider as part of a brand, social/digital strategy results.
  • Ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly while collaborating with integrated teams.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
