Strategy and Mergers Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategy and Mergers expert. As a key member of our Strategy and M&A team, you will play a critical role in devising inorganic and growth strategies for our clients.

You will be working closely with a global team of consultants and Fortune 100 clients to understand their vision and create tailored solutions. Your expertise will be valuable in synthesizing complex qualitative and quantitative data, presenting interpretations to the project team, and providing recommendations to global clientele.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and presentation skills, with fluency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in conducting thorough market research on various platforms, including S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, and Bloomberg, is also essential. Additionally, you will need to possess the ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.

A keen interest in building a career in Strategy and M&A Consulting is required, along with prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses, Big 4, boutique consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development background. A Bachelor's degree from premier institutes globally or India is preferred.
