  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Corporate Development: Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances, leading due diligence processes and negotiations.
  • Innovation and Growth: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, driving growth through new products, services, and business models.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and business case creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Able to navigate ambiguous and fast-changing business environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BE | BTech in Chemical Engineering
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.).
  • 15 to 17 years of experience in strategic roles within the chemical or allied sectors.
  • Prior exposure to business development, corporate planning, or strategy consulting.
