Key Senior Leadership Role
- We seek an exceptional Senior Manager to spearhead our strategic partnerships, driving growth and innovation in the education sector.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, be able to identify and negotiate strategic alliances, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for expanding market presence through strategic partnerships, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners, leading negotiations to finalize mutually beneficial partnership agreements, and ensuring seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- In addition, the ideal candidate will monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities, provide insights and recommendations based on market research, establish KPIs for partnership initiatives, track performance, and prepare regular reports on partnership outcomes.
- To excel in this role, candidates should possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a premier institution (IITs, IIMs, BITS Pilani, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record in forging successful partnerships in the EdTech or startup sector.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
