Business Development Manager Position

This role is responsible for leading business growth through strategic partnerships, sales, and marketing efforts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and improve brand presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Cultivate a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, optimize processes, and improve overall performance.
  • Report on sales activities, forecasts, and outcomes to senior management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the Call Centre / BPO / KPO / ITES / LPO industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
