Memory Layout Expert

As a seasoned memory layout engineer, you will be responsible for designing the layout of custom memories such as SRAM and Register Files.

  • Collaborate closely with circuit designers to understand schematics and translate them into optimized layouts.
  • Develop expertise in Floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics and layout constraints.
  • Identify and debug physical verification checks DRC, LVS, ERC and reliability check EM and IR.
  • Stay up-to-date with advanced process nodes and optimize memory layout designs accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in memory layout design.
  • Experience in Custom based memories or compiler-based memories.
  • Exposure to high-performance and/or low-power memory layout optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as SKILL, Python, or TCL is preferable.
