Structural Layout Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Structural Layout Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and developing structural layouts for power plant projects.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop structural layouts for power plant projects using Tekla Structures software.
  • Collaborate with civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical teams to ensure seamless integration of structural components into the overall plant design.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential clashes between various building systems within the 3D model.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Tekla Structures software, including skills in modeling, detailing, and clash detection.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing fabrication, erection, and general arrangement (GA) drawings for steel structural members and miscellaneous structural components.
  • Essential knowledge of SPR/SP3D and AutoCAD software.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes related to power plant structures.
