This role involves overseeing MIS and strategy functions across Marketing and Admissions, ensuring data accuracy, analyzing operations and trends, preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and target-setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate data across Marketing and Admissions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze operational performance, trends, costs, and revenues to forecast future outcomes and drive informed decision-making.
  • Prepare comparative variance reports highlighting targets versus actual achievements.
  • Extract CRM reports to track team performance metrics and support daily tasks.
  • Engage in process review meetings and contribute to budgeting, target-setting, and periodic reporting initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with software systems such as LSQ; tech-savviness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications and operating systems.
  • 6–9 years of relevant work experience driving business growth.
