Reliability Engineering Manager

  • We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing and implementing strategies that ensure the highest levels of product reliability.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of reliability engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive reliability strategies for electro-mechanical products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test products with optimal reliability
  • Analyze failure data and develop corrective actions to prevent future failures
  • Lead reliability testing programs and drive process improvements
  • Partner with field service and customer success teams to collect and analyze real-world performance data

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline
  • 15+ years of experience in product reliability, systems engineering, or product development
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional reliability programs
  • Deep knowledge of reliability engineering tools and methodologies (FMEA, Weibull analysis, HALT/HASS, DFMEA, etc.)
  • Proven ability to bridge engineering and operational teams to drive measurable product improvements
  • Strong data analysis skills; proficiency with reliability modeling tools and statistical software
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
