We are seeking a seasoned Crisis Manager to lead our team in navigating complex challenges and ensuring business continuity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Major Incident Management and be able to facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
About the Role
As a Crisis Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating responses to critical incidents, including developing mitigation strategies and implementing process improvements. Your expertise will help us identify opportunities for growth and optimize our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with senior management and technical teams to ensure effective incident management.
- Identify and implement process optimizations to improve incident resolution times.
- Document troubleshooting activities and resolution progress in our ITSM portal.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Possession of ITIL V4 certification or similar.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
