Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination and smooth operation of projects related to email campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails through a marketing cloud platform
  • Performing quality assurance testing to ensure email content renders well across email clients, matches client submissions, and is error-free
  • Coordinating with client contacts to secure approval of emails and address any edits that may be needed
  • Scheduling emails through the marketing cloud platform
  • Guiding clients on account protocols and clearly answering questions regarding email templates and best practices
  • Processing and uploading distribution lists
  • Pulling metrics reports from the marketing cloud platform and sharing reports with clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a senior digital project manager or similar role
  • Familiarity with a marketing cloud platform (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, preferably at an agency
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership in a distributed team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced English language proficiency
